Kitesurfing & Wingfoiling Spot guide
Explore the kite spots we will be staying at during our trips and get a feel for what to expect and the epic conditions that await you. We usually visit 4 - 5 spots on any week. We have not shown all our spots here as have 6 additional secret spots, some weeks can be busy with kite cruises at the main spots so we want to keep them a secret to escape the crowds. We usually visit at least two to three of these spots in a week.
The main kitesurfing & Wingfoil spots
Ashrafi South
This is one of our favourite spots as we love having the deep water for training tricks and wingfoiling but then also a huge shallow area for beginners and those who prefer the shallows. It’s all very flat. This spot is huge and you can explore safely far upwind…

Ashrafi North
Upwind in Ashrafi we have even more butter flat sections at the right tide and it is possible to explore further unwind and find some secret lagoons & channels.
It’s mostly a shallower spot (Knee/waist deep) and perfect for less advanced but the is also one section with dead flat water where you can land in deep water perfect for practising tricks.

North Geisum
A huge spot with space to explore. With shallow areas for beginners and plenty of space to explore for the more advanced.
You can take off in the flat and a section drops into deep water quickly so it is perfect for learning new tricks where you need so more water beneath you but you can still take off in super flat water.
All of the darker blue is great for wingfoiling.

South Geisum
Flat, flat and flatter. The water is very flat at this spot. It’s flat at all the spots but especially this one as the water can get really glassy.
Big shallow areas, great for photos. Also deeper water just downwind.

Abu Mungar
A huge flat water spot where we are often launching from a thin sand bar.
Unwind we have a shallow area for beginners, and downwind it goes straight into deep water and the sand bars create the perfect flat water strip.

Secret spots?
Over the last years, we have been searching hard to find new spots. As in some months, the main spots get busy with more kite cruises each year.
Now we have two new water launch spots and 4 secret spots that for now we are one of the only boats that visit.
We want to get you that ultimate feeling of remoteness just with your group and all the space you need on the water for a quality kite session.
